Planned maintenance

A program built around your equipment

We offer service maintenance agreements and preventative maintenance agreements for heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment. Each program is designed around your business: how many locations and units you have, the type of equipment, how accessible it is, and how often it should be serviced.

Regular maintenance catches small problems before they become breakdowns and can extend the life of your systems. Our technicians use performance-tracking tools to keep equipment running efficiently.

FAQs

Maintenance program questions

How much does a preventative maintenance program cost?

Each program is designed around your needs. Pricing depends on the number of locations, the number of units, the type of equipment, accessibility and how often service is performed. We’re happy to provide a free, no-obligation quote.

How often do we need preventative maintenance?

Most companies choose a quarterly program. A small business with very little equipment may only need a spring and winter start-up. A manufacturing plant using industrial solvents, a hair salon, or a restaurant with a lot of flour in the air may need more visits. We’ll work with you to design the right program.

Do you do a thorough job?

Yes. Some companies won’t point out the little things starting to go wrong, because a breakdown means a bigger repair bill later. We believe the opposite: we would rather repair a $50 item now than have you face a breakdown later. Eliminating problems before they happen is how we keep customers for life.

What do contract customers get?

Contracted clients receive a preferred hourly rate and move to the top of the list for service calls, so you’re not waiting two or three days for service.
